A Botched patient revealed that she has two implants in each breast. Each year, nearly two million cosmetic surgeries are performed with breast augmentation, liposuction, and nose jobs topping the list.

Botched follows two doctors around their practice as they fix some of America’s worse cosmetic surgery mistakes. The reality show, which airs on E!, stars Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow who try their best to reverse the damage already done to their patients from their original procedures. At the end of each episode, the patient reveals how they look after a successful surgery.

Brittany Mann arrived at the doctor’s office revealing she had four breast implants inside of her. According to the doctors, the implants were stacked on top of one another in an unorthodox procedure, as reported by People. The patient expressed concerns when it came to telling Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow of her situation and the fact that she does not know anyone else who has four implants. Mann went on to tell the cameras how uncomfortable the whole scenario made her.

When Mann sat down with her new doctors, she explained that her first breast augmentation included 600cc implants. According to the patient, that was when all of her problems began, as immediately after the first surgery, the implant started to poke out of her right breast. She added that her original doctor said that he would not touch the botched procedure and that it was not worth fixing. Mann decided to search out other doctors as well as she knew she wanted to go bigger. The patient did acknowledge that a lot of doctors turned her down because she had a specific number in mind: 1,300cc. As the doctors kept their composure, Dr. Dubrow explained that silicone implants only go up to 800cc, as anything larger would start to compromise the tissue. It would be under too much pressure.

That was the turning point in the conversation, when Mann admitted to the two doctors that she found a doctor who said he could stack the implants to achieve her goal. Dr. Dubrow was horrified, even saying that stacking implants is forbidden, and a warning is written on the insert. Both doctors will have their hands full on the next episode as they prepare to fix Mann’s situation.
